today a palm z22 arrived here for testing purpose. lets summarize my first impressions.

diagram designer
these days installed a freeware tool called diagram designer for
testing purpose. it is an application to design diagrams of nearly all
types. i was looking for an alternative application to replace
microsofts visio, since my version is outdated.

these days i will do a major plattform switch of my working
environment. these switch includes nearly all gear i use for my
business, including computer, operating system, mobile, production gear
and stuff.

VMware Player update II
these days i posted an entry about VMware player. with this tool you
can prepare a virtual machine and use this machine for free at another
computer without the need of VMware Workstation, ~ 350 bucks worth. i
prepared some dev environment using freebsd and linux, to improve
testing and integration. verry useful. i think, that some one will soon
release a bunch of ready to run dev environments, based on vmware
player.

these days VMware released a VM player. with this tool you can run pre configured virtual machines without the need of VMware Workstation.
